Returns/Refund Policy

Refund/Return Policy for Athletic Recovery & Compression Shirt

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Athletic Recovery & Compression shirt. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 10- days from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

1.  The compression shirt must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

2.  The compression shirt must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3.  Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

4.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

6.  If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at arcshirt@gmail.com immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

7. Athletic Recovery and Compression LLC (ARC) is not responsible for any second party items; i.e. heat or ice packs and shall not be held liable for any condition, mis-use, injury, or  other of these products and only makes recommendation of usage. Consumer shall purchase these at their own risk.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at arcshirt@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping the ARC shirt back to us. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions listed above, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that it may take up to 2-weeks for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
